Fall Workshop: Create Great Exhibitions on a Shoe-String Budget!
Join us on October 20th at the Washington State History Museum for an interesting, inspiring, creative workshop on how to make exhibits really sing without costing you a fortune. Molly Wilmoth has arranged for Chris Erlich and Gwen Whitting to give Heritage League of Pierce County members and their staff and affiliates an abbreviated version of a all-day workshop they have prepared on exhibition development. The two hour workshop, which starts at 2pm on Thursday the 20th of October, will include a “behind the scenes” look at the Hope in Hard Times exhibit for tips and ideas about how to make exhibitions work in any budget. The event is free and will take place at the Washington State History Museum. Paid parking is available next to the museum, or take light rail. We look forward to seeing you there!
